The trap is made of a plastic-coated rod and a bird net. The trap comes with a bracket for easy installation with two screws. The trap is suitable for enclosed spaces where there is a problem with birds such as shops, warehouses, factories, greenhouses, glasshouses...

When the trap is set, food is placed on the net to attract birds, when the bird lands on the wooden stick, the trap closes.

Art. 153. The Nature Protection Act (OG 80/2013, 15/2018 and 14/2019) stipulates that the intentional capture, disturbance or killing of strictly protected species and all birds in nature that naturally occur on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, as well as their keeping, transport, sale or exchange, is prohibited.
Art. 155. The Nature Protection Act (OG 80/2013, 15/2018 and 14/2019) stipulates that the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy may allow a derogation from the provisions of Art. 153 in order to prevent serious damage to crops, livestock, forests, fishponds and waters and other forms of property, but for wild bird species this derogation cannot be approved, except in the case of air traffic safety.
The fine for violating the above provisions is 25,000 – 200,000 kn for a legal entity and 7,000 – 30,000 kn for a natural person and a responsible person in a legal entity.
